Hello, I'm Le. Originally from Florianopolis, Brazil, I have over 10 years of experience in UX Research within product teams in global products, with a focus on Fintech and payment methods.

My experience spans both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business organizations, where I've played a pivotal role in guiding people-centric decision-making processes. My approach to research is hands-on and adaptable, employing a versatile mixed-methods methodology. I have successfully established research teams and operations from the ground up on three separate occasions.

I have had the privilege of presenting my work at prominent international events such as UXRConf and Interaction Latin America, in addition to participating in numerous local roundtables and delivering talks. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to mentor both emerging and seasoned UX professionals, and I possess valuable experience in management and leadership roles.
